The apartment is situated approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which takes you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area. Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay. The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet is only about a 20 minute walk from the town. The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage. It also has a small window looking to the rear of the apartment. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, which can be used as a permanent bed for smaller parties, or double up as daytime living area during the day for larger parties. There is also plenty of storage space, as well as a front facing window with mountain views. The living area has another sofa bed which can sleep 2 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a large window / door access to the balcony. The balcony faces south-west, and catches plenty of sun in the afternoon. It also has a stunning view across the valley to the mountain forests and the Nyon / Pleney ski slopes. There are seperate toilet and shower rooms.
