The resort consists of the main town of Briancon and three villages which stretch down the valley. These pretty alpine villages have been attracting British skiers for many years.

The village of Villeneuve is located at the heart of the Serre Chevalier resort, being the middle of the three villages. It is Highly Recommended by the Which? Guide.  Our first floor studio apartment is ideally suited for a family of four, or up to four adults. At only 150m from the main lifts, ski school meeting point and village amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, etc), the apartment is perfectly located for a stress free break. The apartment has a south facing balcony overlooking private gardens and beautiful mountain scenery, and consists of a large lounge with sofa-bed, dining table, TV, Hi-fi, a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a roomy hall with pull-down bunk beds, and a bathroom.

Les Contamines is a beautiful unspoilt traditional village with a good selection of shops and restaurants. In winter, it is a skiers and winter sports paradise, with a reputation for excellent snow conditions from December to the end of April. There is skiing to suit all levels and plenty of other activities such as snow mobiles, cross-country skiing, ice-skating, snow-shoeing, sledging and so on.

Le Bothy is situated 1 km from the village in a quiet hamlet with stunning views of the mountains in all directions; the main ski lifts are about 2km from the chalet. The owners (Sarah is English, Bruno French) live close by and are on hand to help you make the most of your holiday with local information and advice..

Built in summer 2001, this fabulous traditional style all wood ski chalet is tastefully decorated in Savoyard style, and consists of 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one double, one triple), with a well equipped open plan kitchen (including dishwasher) / living / dining area and luxurious bathroom downstairs. Outside, there is a south facing wooden deck and garden with swings and playhouse.

This beautiful, newly built, 1 bedroom apartment in Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, has been built to the highest standard, in traditional wood and stone. Eco-friendly geothermal underfloor heating system from the local thermal springs. Ground-floor location with terrace and small garden with views of the mountains. The apartment has one double bedroom and a lounge/kitchen area which is fully equipped with hob, small oven, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The lovely shower-room has a vanity unit, hairdryer and shaver socket. The double bedroom has fitted cupboards, large chest of drawers and bedside tables. The lounge area has sofabeds and dining table, there are sliding doors to the terrace. There is a ski locker and boot storage in the lobby. From late 2006 there will be a partly covered swimming pool, heated by the thermal springs, with a private changing cubicle for each apartment. It will also have saunas and steam room.

Only 200m from the ski lift in winter, it is also an ideal location for a relaxing (or active) summer break. The lifts reopen in mid-late June for walkers, climbers and mountain bikers, or simply enjoy the wild flowers and mountain animals. It is a short walk to the village centre, with shops and restaurants, and a Museum of religious art. Enjoy a stroll along the river to Villeneuve or Le Casset, or hire a bike for a more exhilerating trip. The town of Briancon with its Napoleonic history is only 20 minutes by car.

Champagny en Vanoise is probably the prettiest traditional Alpine village situated at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. The scenery around the area is stunning!! Within a short flat walk of 5 minutes to the new bubble lift takes you up to the new Paradiski skiing domain of Champagny, La Plagne and Les Arcs. Ten interlinked villages at different altitudes, with 110 lifts and 212 kms of varied runs. The skiing ranges from 1250-3250 metres of 'snow-sure' conditions with superb scenery and a good range of mountain restaurants. Should you want a break from skiing, Champagny oozes charm with great walks or visit Champagny le Haut for sledging - great for little and big kids!

Le Chardonnet is a well equipped apartment with one of the best views over the Champagny village / valley, with a large south facing sunny balcony so you can relax and enjoy the views. You can easily walk into the village centre for the supermarket, bakery, butchers etc, all of which are very good, and in the evening, enjoy the local bars and restaurants. By car or coach you can easily visit other villages such as Bozel, Brides les Bains and Pralognan.

Le Chardonnet is a two bedroom ski apartment that sleeps up to four adults and two younger children - with one double bedroom, one twin adult size bunk room and the lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a lift to the apartment, which is situated on the third/top floor in a quiet corner position.

The apartment is situated approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which takes you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area. Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay. The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet is only about a 20 minute walk from the town. The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage. It also has a small window looking to the rear of the apartment. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, which can be used as a permanent bed for smaller parties, or double up as daytime living area during the day for larger parties. There is also plenty of storage space, as well as a front facing window with mountain views. The living area has another sofa bed which can sleep 2 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a large window / door access to the balcony. The balcony faces south-west, and catches plenty of sun in the afternoon. It also has a stunning view across the valley to the mountain forests and the Nyon / Pleney ski slopes. LABEL MERIBEL 3 Stars

Les Allues (1100m) has all the amenities skiers and boarders need, including the Olympe gondola lift to the Meribel pistes, the heart of the Trois Vallees, with 600 km of pisted skiing – a high, snow-sure resort. Les Allues has all the amenities you will need and the gondola is just a ten minute walk. You can ski back to Les Allues, snow conditions permitting, or return on the gondola.

The chalet is recently built, traditionally styled and has just eight other apartments. On the apartment’s Lower Floor is the cosy living / dining room which has an electric woodburner style stove- comfortable seating and dining table for six and a balcony. TV / DVD player music system etc. The kitchen has dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine / tumble dryer. Pine open-tread stairs lead to the Upper Floor, which has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, (bathroom with shower over bath, and wc next to this room) and a second bedroom which can have either twin single beds or a large double and has beautiful mountain views. Between the bedrooms the separate sleeping area (which can be curtained-off) has another single bed and a mountain view.

Both apartments are furnished and equipped to a high standard, offering quality accommodation with every home comfort; Apartment 14 is 65 sq.m. and No.16 is 81 sq.m.. The lounges have large balconies with table & chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player & discs, CD player & discs, books & board games, settee & easy chairs. Each has a phone for emergency & local calls, as well as WiFi broadband internet connection. Kitchens are fully equipped with 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, grill, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine; Apt. 16 also has a microwave. The chalet is just 3 minutes from the chairlift which gives quick access to the Meribel & Courchevel pistes and to the whole of Les Trois Vallées with over 200 lifts and 600 kms of ski runs. Your last run of the day can be from the top of Saulire ( 2760m.) in a single descent, all the way to the blue run into the village. The piste has good snow all season & can be maintained in pristine condition by snow cannons. The free shuttle bus connecting you to Meribel Town (2km) is also only 4 mins walk, providing easy access to its many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.

Part of the Portes du Soleil, the largest ski area in France with access to some 650km of marked ski runs, Morzine is not just a ski resort but a living, well established town with a long history. The town has an year round community and there is a wide choice of clubs, bars and restaurants. Local dining specialities include tartiflette, raclette and pierrade. There is a full selection of shops (and supermarkets). The local cheeses, wines, salamis and patisseries are delicious.

Situated in the prestigious and beautiful Vallee de la Manche area of Morzine, the chalet is 15 minutes walk from the Nyon lift and free skibus stop. It has an open plan living area comprising lounge with open fire, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher etc, and dining area. On the ground floor there are also a washer and a tumble drier, together with space to store skis and boots. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate from 7 to 10 people. Underneath the chalet there is a garage for one car and space outside the chalet for 2 more cars.
